Walk the Dog ESB

"Taking the dog for a walk" is a general expression meaning you are going somewhere you don't want your spouse to know about; typically something relatively innocent like sneaking off to the pub for a crafty pint. An ESB is the third type of traditional English Bitter (Ordinary, Best, Strong or Extra Special), the primary difference is the first bitter has lower alcohol and lower hop notes, and gradually increases with the Best, and tops out with the Strong. Floral, grassy, earthy hops balanced with a subtle malty sweetness, medium bitterness. This beer should "walk" a fine line between sweet malt and grassy bitterness. IBU- 32 | ABV-5.2%
